Job Description:
Bred Bank Vanuatu part of an international recognized global banking group is a full service commercial bank holding market leadership position across a number of products and service.
Principle Responsibilities:Assisting a Relationship Manager with
- The development and execution of customer relationship management strategies by identifying business opportunities with potential and existing customer whilst complying with Bank's policies and procedures
- Assisting customer with quires, competing loan application forms and cross selling bank products
- Completing credit proposals for approval based on a balanced risk assessment to maximise profitability and minimize loan losses
- Preparation of loan contracts and in-house security documentation
- Instructing and liaising with solicitors, valuers and insurers
- Ensuring all loans proceed smoothly to settlement and draw down conditions are met
- Data entry of loan information into the bank core banking system at settlement and on an ongoing basis throughout the loan life-cycle
- Management of excesses and arrears and other bank leading control processes (review etc)
- Acting as back-up for Relationship Manger.

Criteria:
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years in a bank
lending environment or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in
the financial sector with a strong knowledge of financial
statement
- Motivated, attention to details,
customer focuses, result orientated, team player with superior
communication skills
- Tertiary qualification -
preferable, University Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting,
Economic or a related field (desirable but not essential)
