Job Description: 
The Vanuatu Red Cross Society, working jointly with the support of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, is seeking applications for a dynamic and highly motivated person to immediately fill Driver position as part of its VRCS team.

          Criteria:
          Qualifications and profile:
          • Educated (Minimum Year 10 or Year 11 graduate)
          • Current driver’s licence with clean driving record
          • Highly motivated, able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
          • Good mental and physical health.
          Experience:
          • Minimum Two (2) years professional experience as a driver for a company or an NGO
          Knowledge & skills:
          • Knowledge of Car Mechanic
          • Exceptional level of patience and able to work long hours
          • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bislama
          • Independent, ability to work under pressure
          • Adaptable in multi-cultural work environment
          • Knowledge of the Red Cross movement will be an asset
          • Responsible of the safety of the people and goods transported
          • Good time management skills
          • Fit enough to carry out the above tasks, which include lifting
          • Excellent eye sight
          • Integrity.
