The Vanuatu Red Cross Society, working jointly with the support of the French Red Cross, is seeking applications from dynamic and highly motivated persons to immediately fill up the following position as part of its VRCS management team.  
 
Applicants are required to demonstrate the following. | 
| Criteria: | 
| 
Minimum 1 year experience of project management if possible in the field of DRR and/or WASH1 to 3 year(s) of experience in the field required will be preferredDemonstrate experience and competencies in at least two (2) of the following sectors: (i) Community based programs, (ii) capacity building/training and awareness, (iii) monitoring and evaluation of project activities, (iv) hygiene promotion, (v) disaster risk reduction activitiesSkills in training and awarenessUniversity graduate in one of these sectors or field related will be an asset Skills in documenting information and packaging it for wider sharing with other DRR partnersSkills in audience analysis and strategic communicationAbility and flexibility to travel regularly, particularly in the Malampa and Torba  Provinces, will be expected to spend several stays of few weeks in the islandsExcellent Computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Open-minded, dynamic and flexibleBislama and English requiredKnowledge of Red Cross movement will be an asset. |
