| • Ensure efficient and profitable operation of restaurant and bar • Control inventory of stock and order supplies • Maintain high standards of quality control in food, service, hygiene, health and safety • Control portion sizes to keep food costs in check • Promote and market restaurant and bar through entertainment, events, social media, etc. |
| Criteria: |
| • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position • Excellent customer service and organizational skills • Able to recruit, train, motivate and supervise restaurant and bar staff • Control inventory of stock and order supplies • Knowledge of Excel and basic accounting to produce Profit & Loss Statements • Create and analyse reports to increase sales and profits. |
