| Job Description: |
VSDP is seeking an experienced Program Manager. The key responsibilities are:
- Managing the Community Based Rehabilitation home visit and Early Intervention programs
- Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities
- Proposal and report writing for donors and partners
- Manage relationships with partners and donors
- Manage program and operational budgets
- Manage program and operational staff.

| Criteria: |
Skills and experience required:
- At least 5 years experience of managing and implementing community development programs
- Financial qualifications and excellent financial management skills
- Experience with the MYOB accounting software
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of report writing and monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in working with charities and NGOs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must be fluent in Bislama and English.
