| | Through funding provided by the Australian Government, New Zealand Government and private donors, we are recruiting for a Design Monitoring &Evaluation (DME) Lead, based in Port Vila. |

| | The Key functions of this role are to: |
| | 1. Oversee the design, monitoring and evaluation for the four integrated sectoral programs of world vision Vanuatu ensuring high-quality deliver at the community level. |
| | 2. Manage the team of three monitoring & evaluation Facilitators who are located in Penama, Sanma, and Tafea Provinces. |
| | |
| | The ideal candidate should: |
| | Criteria: |
| | (a) Have a tertiary degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field |
| | (b) experience in monitoring & Evaluation |
| | (c) The ability to analyse data – both quantitative – to inform program implementation and future design |
| | (d) Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple task |
| | (e) Excellent written communication skills with experience in developing reports for multiple audiences |
| | (f) Experience of managing staff ideally across remote location |
| | (g) Ability to develop staff capacity. |
