| | KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: |
| | Criteria: |
| | • Responsible for reconciling & analyzing technical expenses |
| | • Minimum qualifications Y13 preferably finance & accounting courses/degree |
| | • Good excel skills and large volume data manipulation experience |
| | • Managing cash, and keeping the records of all payments for site maintenance, |
| | fuel, refueling and petty cash. |
| | Prepare reconciliation of cash received against spend and supported by proper |
| | documentation, i.e. receipts / deposit slips / remittance advice etc. |
| | • Analyzing maintenance cost by site and providing bi monthly update to CTO |
| | and Finance. |
| | • Ensure all travel and accommodation advances are supported by legitimate |
| | receipts and forwarded to Finance in a timely manner. |
| | • Act as facilitator between finance and technical for supplier invoices and |
| | payments. |
| | • Other duties assigned by Management |
| | • Over 3 year experience in a similar environment |
| | • Driving license |
