| | Key Skills and Attributes: |
| | Criteria: |
| | • Resolve customer queries on handset, products and services, billing, general company information and man corporate switchboard |
| | • Activations on ALL types of products and services e.g. corporate account, individual account, staff account, v/m, data, roaming etc |
| | • Liaise with Dealers to provide information on policy, training and support |
| | • Escalate problems in accordance with the query resolution procedure dictated by the Customer Care Centre |
| | • Minimum qualifications of Y12 or Y13 secondary school Ieaver |
| | • Computer Literacy is essential |
| | • Telecoms or Computer Science certification also required |
| | • Excellent oral and written communication skills especially listening skills |
| | • Excellent interpersonal skills |
| | • Excellent telephone techniques |
| | • Time management skills |
| | • Ability to work well under pressure |
| | • Database administration skills |
| | • Strong problem solving skills. |
