| | As a Business Advisor, you will: |
| | - Develop strong long-term client relationships and become recognised as a trusted business advisor. |
| | - Lead on specific programs or project management disciplines e.g. benefit tracking, issue/risk management, business case development. |
| | - Apply or project management tools and techniques appropriately in client engagements including identifying project issues and proposing resolution strategies |
| | - Advise and incorporate new companies (local or international) |
| | - Support engagement management, including developing fee estimates, managing budgets and billing clients |
| | - Cultivate long-term client relationships to further develop business opportunities |
| | - Contribute to practice development eg. through the development of thought leadership material |
| | - Contribute to the growth of the practice, by leading new business proposals and presentations and developing new business. |

| | To qualify you must possess: |
| | Criteria: |
| | • Business experience within a consulting firm. |
| | • A good knowledge of the Corporate laws in Vanuatu |
| | • Experience and ability of leading teams (small or large) |
| | • Experience of operating with senior level stakeholders |
| | • Excellent communication skills |
| | • Good problem solving and analytical skills |
| | • A good accounting background |
| | • Speaks English and one or more of these languages: French, Chinese, Bislama. |
