| | - Degree or Diploma in Computer Science. |
| | - Specialization in GIS or IT. |
| | - Minimum 5 years experience in related field. |
| | - Must have knowledge of the various mapping & IT soft wares and the tabular data linkages to mapped data. Understand basic surveying principles, computer literaye, reporting skills, liaision skills, and training skills. |
| | - Practical and creative thinker. |
| | - Be able to follow directions, Able to work in a team as well as individually. |
| | - Honest, Reliable, punctual, able to follow directions as well as take initiatives on projects proposed by GIS/IT Coordinator |
| | - English, Bislama & French. |
