| | - All aspects of managing a multi-franchised dealership encom passing Sales, Service parts, Panel and Tyre & batteries. |
| | - Increasing profitability and market share. |
| | - Business expansion through the identification and development of new business opportunities. |
| | - Promoting a progressive Professionel image and enhancing the presence of the company in the community. |
| | - Leading and developing the management team and ensuring a proactive emphasis is given to the training and development of all employees. |
| | - Preparing and presenting budgets and ensuring that detailed management reports are produced on a regular basis. |

| | Preferred applicants will have: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - At least 5-10 years General Management dealership experience. |
| | - A tertiary business degree. |
| | - Excellent leadership, administration and communication skills. |
| | - Computer literacy with MS office suite skills. |
| | - A hands-on approach to management and the development of Staff. |
| | - An understanding of the cultural sensitivity of the people, country and customers. |
| | - High levels of numeracy, strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve. |
