| | - Have experience in managing a successful multi-franchise parts business with an in-depth understanding of inventory management. |
| | - Be a computer literate and experience with the Reynolds & Reynolds Era automotive system would be a definite advantage. |
| | - Have a hands-on-approach to management and a commitment to the training and development of department personnel. |
| | - Have a proactive approach to the expansion of sales and be customer service oriented. |
| | - An understanding of the French language would be a definite advantage. |
| | - As company operates in a highly competitive market, incumbent requires a level of sophisticatiation in dealing with inventory, lead times, marketing and people management. |
