| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | - Contribute to setup and apply for the maintenance strategie |
| | - Guarantee the availability of all production equipmen |
| | - Contribute in analyzing and Improving efficiency and produivity |
| | - Ensure the curative maintenance (planning and follow u) |
| | - Put in place and manage the preventive maintenance (planning, follow up, cost) |
| | - Put in place and improve the maintenance KPI (machine downtime, etc…) |
| | - Ensure the availability of the spare parts and their managements (order, value, consumption cost, etc….) |
| | - Be responsible for external contractor |
| | - Create and improve the maintenance proced |
| | - Manage and supervise the maintenance worksho |
| | - Oversees that the factory buildings are always in good conditio |
| | - Contribute in establishing of the maintenance and investments budge |
| | - Follow up the annual maintenance budge |
| | - Contribute to the study and implementation of a new industrial projct |
| | - Ensure that the connected staffs work safly |

| | Criteria: |
| | Graduate for 13 years + 5 years as industrials engineers (mechanical/electrical); 10 years ( bottling plant or food manufacturing experiences is a plus); Solid mechanical skill; Solid electrical skill |
| | • Refrigeration and cooling system skill; Knowledge on programmable logic controller is a plus; Manager and leader |
| | • Able to work under pressure;Man of integrity |
| | • Field man;Hard worker |
| | • Microsoft office software and drawing software); English, French and Bislama spoken |
