| | Our resort is growing fast and we need an experienced Resort Management team. (Husband and wife preferred.) |
| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) Management of all staff including development and undertaking of staff training programs |
| | 2) Custody And maintenance of all physical assets |
| | 3) Assisting in the development of financial plans and reporting against budgets |
| | 4) Development and maintenance of the restaurant and kitchens to a high standard |
| | 5) Oversee and participate in the building of additional accommodation and other infrastructure |

| | - Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail; Qualifications and experience in hotel and restaurant management; Experience in developing and running training programs |
