|  | Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking local applications for this multi-faceted and commercially focused position within its management team. Further information can be obtained from our HR manager on the email address below. Duties and responsibilities: | 
|  | 1) To ensure customer satisfaction on aftersales service and to have the most accurate and straightforward information from TVL | 
|  | 2) Create a customer service stracture with the appropriate trained team, a CRM tool and a dedicated organization providing excellency in customer satisfaction, (highest revenue, lowest churn and strong customer loyalty | 
|  | 3) Set new standards of excellence in Vanuatu | 
|  | 4) Follow up and advise proactively the TVL corporate customers | 
|  | 5) Create a constractive partnership between our Top 50 corporate customers and TVL. | 
|  | Interested applicant must possess the following: | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Master degree level in business (or related field); Proven ability and minimum 3 years experience in successfully setting up and managing a customer services and corporate services; Proven ability | 
|  | to provide both strategic oversight of commercial matters as well as hands on contribution to commercial and customer care processes and reporting | 
|  | - Proven track record in change management and the delivery of process and system improvements; Highly performance and oriented mindset; Highly developed verbal and written communication skills | 
|  | - Demonstrable success in staff development and mentoring; Experience in telecommunications industry (fixed, mobile, internet) and/or demonstrable aptitude for learning. |
