| | Criteria: |
| | - Engineer degree in telecommunication-CESI and extensive experience in ISP management; Proven ability and experience in successfully managing bandwidth with key internal and external suppliers; |
| | Detailed and demonstrable knowledge of and experience in application of IP architecture, design and security |
| | - Extensive experience and demonstrable knowledge of IP routing protocol (BGP..), IPV4 and IPVP6, Cisco switch and router; Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrable |
| | success in staff development and mentoring |
| | - Experience in telecommunications industry and/or demonstrable aptitude for learning; Fluent english and french language skills. |
