| | - 5 years + experience at a senior management or executive level in a reputable accounting firm or in similar position; Experience in preparing financial accounts, development of annual budgets and |
| | implementation of business plans, strategies and in performance measurement; Demonstrated capacity to provide leadershiip |
| | - Proven experience and ability to drive change to improve the outcomes of a business; Experience in corporate governance an advantage; Experience in management of human resource and information |
| | technology; Demonstratable ability to focus on strategic issues; Strong planning and organising capabilities |
| | - Strong analytical skills; Background in acocunting or fianance is essential; Good knowledge of technology and its applications; Good knowledge of human resource management |
