Job Description:

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities wishes to recruit suitable individual for the position of Human Resource Manager.

Interested applicant must have the following:

Criteria:

- Bachelor degree or postgraduate degree in training & HRM or HRD planning/business management / administration; A minimum of 5 years in a human resources management position relating to all or some of

the duties and responsibilities; Attention to detail and completing task in a timely manner; Demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team; Demonstrated capacity to prepare letters, memos & submissions

- Ability to understand the public service legislation in relation to the HR functions; Ability to liaise with SLO & PSC legal adviser on HR legal matters; Must be familiar with MFEM payroll process and leave

updates; Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with all kinds of different client personalities and traits

- Must be computer literate; Good character is required by the post; English or french is essential, bislama is desirable.
