| | 1) Creating and executing treasury strategies to deliver profitability and growth |
| | 2) Competency managing balance sheet exposures and risks |
| | 3) Coaching and developing staff |
| | 4) Maintaining a sound governance framework, through adhering to bank, regulatory and legislative polices and procedures |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Degree in banking/finance/commerce or related field; Over 5 years management experience, preferably in a banking environment; Strong experience in both FX and money markets; Superior communication |
| | and interpersonal skills; Sales planning and marketing skills demonstrated I successful career profile |
| | - Strong understanding of business need and expectation; Strong sales experience; Knowledge and negotiation skills; Strong knowledge of financial statements; Ability to handle a range of day to day |
