| | - Certificate in basic meteorology class IV and or Year 12 or 13 leaving certificate with good passes in science subjects, mathematic and English. |
| | - Any relevant weather experience is preferable. |
| | - Excellent skills in writing, listening, reading and public relations; Must be computer literate; Analytical and practical thinker with open minder |
| | - Good character, corporative with good communication skills and works well in a team |
| | - Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bislama and or French |
