Job Desctiption:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our hotel's policies and procedures, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct regular patrols of public areas, back of house, and parking facilities.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, etc
- Assist guests and staff with security related concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and reports.
- Collaborate with hotel management to enforce safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols.
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.
