Job Desctiption:
"We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the operational & maintenance tasks of the terminal, with strong emphasis on electrical & mechanical systems. The role requires a proactive individual with keen eye for detail and commitment to safety & efficiency. Preferably experienced & qualified mechanics or electricians. "Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, Inspect facilities, equipment and infrastructure to identify faults or wear, carry out basic electrical, mechanical , plumbing, and general handyman tasks, ensure maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards ,report major faults or issues to management and coordinate with contractors when needed, maintain a clean, safe, and functional working environment.
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience in general maintenance or facilities maintenance
Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
Valid driving licence (essential)
Experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be reliable, flexible, and hardworking, good problem solving skills, physically fit and able to perform manual work, good communication skills, willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
