Key Responsibilities:
welcoming, escorting, and describing our spa amenities, bathrooms, showers, etc to every guest
Confidently provide 5-star guest experiences, performing treatments including facials, full body massage, and body treatments including wraps & scrubs , waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures
Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs
Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards.
Flexible schedule to meet the operational demands, including weekends and holidays.
General cleaning and sanitizing spa areas, restocking spa products & linens, and collecting laundry
Knowledgeable on up selling our products
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our line of exclusive products
Selection Criteria:
Our ideal candidate:
Previous experience either in in a hotel or spa environment required.
Relevant Certificate and qualification preferred but not required
High level of communication and personal presentation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high pressure team environment.
Flexible schedule to meet the operational demands, including weekends and holidays.
