Job Desctiption:
Responsibilities:
- Manage basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including banking and financial record-keeping
- Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries and by telephone.
- Use the Checkfront reservation system to process bookings
- Handle front desk duties, including customer service and guest check-ins
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks particularly cashier
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
- Must be able to arrive in Mele by 7:30 AM for transportation to Vanuatu Jungle Zipline and ability to work any day of the week as our business is open 7 days.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using Xero for bookkeeping
- Very good written and spoken English required; basic French or Chinese is a bonus
- Comfortable with email communication and reservation systems
- Reliable, honest and well presented
- Friendly, professional demeanor for front desk interactions
