Job Desctiption:
About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven team member to lead our installations teams. From pre-design phase to post installation support the candidate will be involved in every aspect of the renewable projects to competently support and report directly to the Operations Manager. This will be a hybrid role which will be both site and office based and require the applicant to be well organized and effectively manage their time between installations and other locations.

Responsibilities:
• Design & Installation of Renewable Energy Systems
• Management and supervision of local technicians & students
• Clear and Continuous communication with clients
• Testing & Commissioning of Installations
• Creation of pre-installation/post installation design documents & drawings
• Tender Submissions and Quotations
• Service & Technical Support for existing clients
• Health & Safety implementation and reporting
• Assist with efficiency improvements and streamlining work processes
• Asset management
Qualifications/Experience:
• University Degree in Engineering or relevant trade experience
• Electrical Licensing/Qualifications
• Proven experience in management of renewable energy project installations
• Off-grid Solar PV & Battery Installation
• Knowledge of computer based Electrical SLD’s and Schematic Diagrams software
• Hands-on experience with Electrical and Solar installations
• Current Driver’s License
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel etc)
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
Salary:
: Negotiable up to 300,000vt per month if the candidate can meet or exceed the qualification requirements.
