Required Skills
The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of stock management and control systems, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, confidence to ask questions when needed and a team player.
Key responsibilities
Collaborating with senior management on admin matters
Ability to identify and resolve stock anomalies
Returns and repairs handling.
Supporting order placements and brand relationships
Receipt of stocks and production of costing reports/ worksheets
Entering stock data into customized stock software
Arranging customs clearances with Wharfs or Airports
Undertaking freight and logistics arrangements
Assisting in periodic stock counts and SPOT checks
Operating XLSX for inventory controls
Conducting stock counts in line with policies & audit process
Organizing repair stocks to be sent overseas.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum Year 12 Completion with additional courses, tuition and learning essential.
Proven undertakings of professional growth.
