Organisation Description:
A leading grocery establishment in Vanuatu with 7 retail supermarkets, 2 wholesale outlets, and 4 service stations.
Job Desctiption:
1. Be able to prepare a daily call plan with outlets objectives.
2. Achievement of set volume targets.
3. Continuously improve product ranging & merchandising standards across the Port Vila retail base – sell in new products.
4. Ensure full product ranging in each outlet.
5. Fill in daily customer call cards.
6. Call in on customers, ensure to check on stock weight & back up stock availability.
7. Collect outstanding payments from customers.
8. Communicate orders for next day deliveries.
9. Check pricing, facing & ranging
10. Active customer base expansion
11. Merchandising standards – product & brand visibility, preferred location, POS placement
12. Create innovative displays to capture the attention of the market.
13. Fill shelves & displays.
14. Ensure outlets have proper & clear pricing for all items on display.
Selection Criteria:
Graduate of any business course
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
People-oriented and committed to service
With knowledge in display and product presentation
Ability to negotiate and work independently
Preferably with driver's license
