Organisation Description:
Dynamic is a Premium Retailer and Wholesale of Food & Beverage Products
Job Desctiption:
•	Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and  ongoing success and profitability of the company
  •	Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and meaningful financial reports  including monthly P&Ls and financials for the Board, as required.  
  •	Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement to  drive efficiencies and profitability, as well as cost of goods and expense  controls 
  •	Ensure that Xero is always up to date 
  •	Manage the FX requirements of the business and always ensure gains
  •	Prepare for EOFY audit and assist the external auditors with their  investigations
  •	Provide leadership, guide & train the finance team of 2, as well advise  wider staff where required on matters pertaining directly to finance 
  •	Oversee the company's accounting and financial operations in Vanuatu &  NZ, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, VNPF and VAT/GST
  •	Oversee Clock-In software as well as manage leave, severance and other  payroll related functions 
  •	Oversee HR and ensure that all profiles are up to date in the system and  HODs are conducting reviews
  •	Ensure the company follows all governmental financial compliance regulations  and reporting requirements
  •	Establish and maintain relationships with banks, suppliers and other key  stakeholders
  •	Manage the company's financial risk and insurance programs
  •	Make recommendations on improvements to inventory management, pricing &  GPs, and distribution processes
  •	Monitor GP weekly and ensure exceeding targets
  •	Report to the General Manager
  
Selection Criteria:
•	ACA, MBA or similar
  •	Excellent financial acumen 
  •	Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  •	Demonstrated achievements in cost management, budgeting, financial planning,  team leadership, and process improvement, FX trading, and reporting to a Board  of Directors
  •	Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  •	5+ years experience working at a senior accounts level
