We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, well organized person with excellent communication skills for our reservation department.
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- French would be of advantage
- Computer skills for using reservation software (you will be trained)
- Verify customer information and payment options
- Assign rooms
- Respond to customers with confirmation emails
- Excellent telephone manners
- Handling of all guest correspondences
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to the
company policy
- Previous experience in a similar role would be fantastic
