Job Desctiption:
We are seeking applications for a Credit Officer to join our diverse Lending Team in Port Vila Office. If you are a go-getter with exceptional marketing persona and good analytical skills we would be keen to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish relationships with new customers and maintain and build on relationships with existing clients
• Promote and market Company's finance products and services
• Compile, analyse and verify loan applications to determine eligibility etc.
• Engage in day-to-day marketing activities and ensure that our clientele are adequately covered through regular visitations etc.
• Work closely with the Team Leader Sales and ensure that agreed targets are achieved
• As and when required, assist with day – to – day administrative work & debt collection support
• Attend to day-to-day customer enquiries and ensure our clients get priority customer attention at all times
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience
• At least must have Diploma level qualification in Business Studies or related discipline
• Previous experience in similar industry will be an advantage
• Must be highly customer driven with exceptional people & business relationship skills
• Be a team player with an optimistic mindset
• Must possess strong analysis and outstanding communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Must be a self-starter with enthusiasm and drive to identify business opportunities
• Should have clean driving license
