Job Desctiption:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •	ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYMENTS CONTRACTS
  •	ADVISE, PLAN AND ARRANGE DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS
  •	CO-ORDINATE STAFF WELLNESS
  •	PROTECTING AND UPDATING EMPLOYEE RECORDS
  •	MAINTAIN AND ADVISE ON COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  •	MANAGE EMPLOYEE INDUCTIONS
  •	PROMOTE AND UPHOLD THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AND  VALUES
  •	LIAISE WITH DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR
  
  
Selection Criteria:
The suitable candidate must possess the following attributes:
  •	Relevant Qualification  
  •	Preferably have minimum of 2 years in this role 
  •	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  •	Self-Confident, positive attitude and is able to work independently or as  team work and can work with minimum supervision.
  •	Must be committed to professionalism, possesses good work values and has  integrity
  •	Passion for delivering great service and willingness to learn new things and  work as part of a wider hotel team.
