Job Desctiption:
The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to all email  & telephone enquires in a timely manner, hotel check-in & checkouts,  advance reservations & quoting, rental car hire and coordinating airport  pickup and drop-off, tour bookings & transfers, accurately process &  record all financial transactions, liaise with Housekeeping, Front of House  & Maintenance Teams to ensure guest satisfaction, all while delivering  excellent customer service.
  
  
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Essential Skills Required: 
  An excellent telephone manner and communication skills, fluently speak English  and/or French , able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email (Outlook), be  well groomed, punctual, and reliable. Have a minimum of 2 years' experience  in similar position in another Hotel and experience in MYOB a plus
