Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) is looking for a suitable, qualified legal practitioner who has experience with providing legal services in the following areas:
(1) Review of legislative framework of provident fund/superannuation laws and policies and ensure that all amendments are implemented by 31st December, 2022
(2) Drafting of new legislations including the regulations.
(3) Assist GM in providing the normal consultation to members and employers including VCCI
(4) Preparing all drafting instructions to State law
(5) Prepare all Council of Ministers Papers and DCO papers relating all VNPF Matters.
(6) Consult and support the State Law in Reviewing the current VNPF Act.
(7) Any other duties which be assigned by the General Manager from time to time relating to all legislative matters.
