Job Description
|
|
Computer World requires a
printer and photocopier service technician for on-site and in-house servicing
of printers and copiers. We sell a range of Printer/Photocopiers and
undertake repairs and troubleshooting on HP, Brother, Samsung, Lexmark and
Canon brand machines.
Your role will entail • Repair printers & photocopiers • Troubleshoot clients • Assist staff with troubleshooting of clients with printer cartridge issues • Install photocopiers/networking • Train clients once photocopiers are installed • Ordering, receiving and distributing of spare parts |

Selection Criteria
|
|
To be qualified for this
position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
• Experience in equipment service and I.T. networking, preferably in the service Copiers & Printers in a networked environment. • Strong technical attitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers • A keen desire to learn and apply new skills across few vendors • Applicants must possess a strong mechanical / electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have strong Network Information Technology competency • Proven ability to deliver the highest level of quality service to ensure customer satisfaction • Strong product service experience • Industry knowledge is highly desirable • A valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential |
