Job Description
|

Our office in Port Vila
has been established for over 30 years and has been a part of some of the
major projects that have developed the country into what it is today. With an
increasing portfolio of work in hand, we are looking for a Civil/Structural
Engineer to join our experienced team of professionals.
As a Project Engineer you will gain experience in a number of high-profile building and infrastructure projects for local, international and donor funded clients. You will be developed and mentored by an enthusiastic leader and will be involved in various projects from inception through to delivery. |

Selection Criteria
|
|
- Bachelor level degree
qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 3+ years’ relevant experience including Contract Administration and Construction Supervision - Familiar with General Conditions of Contract (AS2124 preferred but not essential) - Experience in working autonomously - Experience in structural/civil analysis and design for commercial, defence, health, education and institutional building projects - Relevant experience in reinforced concrete, steel & timber design - Design experience in cyclone and earthquake engineering - Ability to liaise with clients, statutory authorities and other consultants - Proficiency in design software - Familiarity with building codes |
