Job Description:
A local Construction/Joinery company is seeking
experienced staff for the following positions:

Criteria:
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT, the successful applicant must
have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar field. Duties and
responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly profit & loss report
- Budgets and cash flow analysis
- Year-end financial reports
- Manage full human resources
- Control over debtors, creditors, stock, expenses
- Local and overseas purchasing and
- Multi task as required.
CHIEF MECHANICAL ENGINEER, the successful applicant must have suitable skills
and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of engineering. Duties and
responsibilities:
- Perform engineer duties in planning and designing tools, engines, mechanics –
shipping Industry
- Oversee installing, operation, maintenance, repair of machines and vehicles
- Ordering of spare parts for Ships and workshop – locally and overseas
- Provide monthly Engineering and maintenance reports on Ships and Workshop and
- Multi task as required.
