Idyllic resort property in the Vanuatu and part of the
Wyndham Worldwide Group, is seeking an Executive Chef. You will be responsible
for the smooth operation of all kitchen operations, food production and service.

RequirementsMenu planning cost and quality control, purchasing,
supplies, budgeting and manningYou will be an excellent team player and have a hands on approachThe ability and knowledge to create innovative and creative menus whilst taking
into consideration local requirements, availability of produce, market needs
and current trendsBeing especially innovative in buffet set-ups a la cart and menu engineeringProven people management and communication skills  
 
Previous working experience on an Island Resort or 5-star resort is essential
and you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Executive Chef with a
minimum 3 years in the South Pacific.   |  |
