Futumaru Lodge is a successful water front boutique
hotel offering 11 self-contained apartments.
This 3 times Hospitality award winner is seeking a talented individual to
maintain and even improve its operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage hotel activities and a team of 7 employees
including reservations, guest relations, purchasing hotel supplies, supervision of housekeeping,
maintenance, gardening & bookkeeping, cash and receipt management and
production of monthly financial statements.
No restaurant on site. Breakfast service
provided to guests upon request.
Available only to experienced and qualified applicants.
Criteria:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality, tourism, business or related field – only
applicants with Year 12 diploma will be considered
- 5 years experience in Hospitality/Tourism
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Successful & effective management skills
- Sound & flexible people skills
- Advanced Computer skills: Outlook, Word Excel, Hospitality management software
- Advanced MYOB accounting or other accounting software.
