Nasama Resort is seeking for an EXPERIENCED Reservation Officer. Minimum of 2 years experienced is required.
Responsibility:
- Answer to mail enquiry in English (and French is an advantage)
- Load, create and confirm bookings
- Familiar with direct bookings and travel agent bookings.
- Prepare check-in and check out
- Take payments
- Organise Tours
- Follow any enquiry reported by guest
- Night Audit.
Criteria:
Skills
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills in English/Bislama/French an advantage
- Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings
- Must be experienced as a receptionist, good presentation, and professional behaviour
- Must be experienced with computer programs like Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of a reservation system (such as Oprah, Room Master, Star-fleet...)
- Outgoing personality, cheerful with good people skills
- Strong work ethic, absolute honesty are essential.
