Job Description:
Considered as “head of governance” and is responsible
for ensuring that NISCOL complies with standard financial, legal and management
practices and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
Act as a point of communication between the Board and Shareholders, reporting
in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments. And
provides an important link between the Board of Directors and the Executive
Management.

Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in management and governance
preferable
- An accomplished leader with multi-disciplinary professional skill set with
practical corporate governance practices and management experience and
exposure
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the
ability to effectively interface with NISCOL’s Board of Directors, Executive
and staff
- Passion for NISCOL’s vision, mission, values and objectives.
