The Programs Director will work as part of the
ADRA Vanuatu team and reports to the Country Director. They are responsible for
planning new projects, monitoring and evaluation and donor reporting. They will
provide backstopping support and ensure that ADRA Vanuatu’s projects are implemented
according to project proposals an donor requirements.
The successful applicant will have:
Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Community Development, Management or another related
field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation
of development programs
- Possess experience of empowering leadership qualities and a clear commitment to
providing supportive supervision and coaching/mentoring of all personnel
- Possess strong analytical, proposal and report writing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Possess a strong vision for the program goals
- Computer Fluency (MS Office)
- Christian faith commitment
- Ability to comprehensively communicate in English – oral and written.
