- A minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of housekeeping, managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development
- Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness, safety and conduct
- Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
- Proven excellence Customer Service
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of purchasing and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Ability to maintain a budget.
