Job Description:

Asco Motors is the dominant automotive dealer/distributor in Vanuatu and employs 70 staff. Asco Motors is looking to recruit a highly motivated Fixed Operation Manager to join our team in Port Vila. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Preferred applicants will:

Criteria: 
  • Have experience in managing a successful multi-franchise parts business with an in-dept understanding of inventory management.
  • Be Computer literate and experience with the Reynolds & Reynolds Era automotive system would be a define advantage.
  • Have a  hands on approach to management and a commitment to the training and development of department personnel.
  • Have a proactive approach to the expansion of sales and be customer service oriented.
  • An understanding of the French language would be a define advantage.
  • As the company operates in a highly competitive market, the incumbent requires a high level of sophistication in dealing with inventory, lead times, marketing and people management.

    An attractive salary will be offered including an annual  bonus scheme.
