| | 1. Must be a qualified Certificate person. |

| | 4. Must have Basic Management, Human resource, Administration, Operational, computer, accounting, public relation and good customer service skills. |
| | 5. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. |
| | 6.Must be honest, reliable and of good character |
| | 7. Must speak English or French and Bislama. |
