| | Funded by the Australian Government, World Vision Vanuatu will implement a Channels of Hope Program in Partnership with Vanuatu Christian Council on gender equality. |

| | We are recruiting for the following positions: |
| | |
| | Gender technical Lead: Channels of Hope ( 1 position on Efate) |
| | The key functions of this role are to: |
| | 1. To provide technical support to gender programming across the World Vision Vanuatu Area Programs. |
| | 2. To ensure that gender Programming is implemented in line with best practice. |
| | 3. To build strong linkages and effective partnerships internally and externally with a focus on gender based violence. |
| | The Ideal candidate should: |
| | Criteria: |
| | a) Have 3 years relevent work experience working on community developmemt projects in the field. |
| | B) Have experience in gender equality. |
| | c) Have experirnce in or with churches. |
| | D) Have strong report writing skills. |
| | e) Strong networking skills. |
| | F) Good training and facilitation skills based on gender baseds violence. |
| | g) Strong knowledge in computer applications and, |
| | h) Must be a team builder. |
