|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Qualified with a minimum of 10 years experience in Financial Analysis. | 
|  | - Establish balance sheet and cash flow forecasting models, ensuring greater financial control. | 
|  | - Can successfully migrate new franchise into existing structure to maximize process effeciencies. | 
|  | - Preparing quarterly forecasts and assisting in setting budgets. | 
|  | - Perform pre evaluation, and identify success criteria to assess viability of proposed business process changes. | 
|  | - Initiate, calculate and report upon a quarterly productivity analysis. | 
|  | - Review product margins to identify success criteria to assess viability of proposed business process changes | 
|  | - Can work professionally and efficienctly. | 
|  | - Good Knowledge computer in Microsoft office with regular reports. | 
|  | - Must be fluent in English, French with good written communication skills | 
|  | - Able to work 7 days a week and long hours. |
