| | - Qualification: Degree; Special Business Education: bachelors degree in electrical engineering or another engineering |
| | - Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience working in the electricity sector; Ability to develop, review and implement electricity policies and programs in Vanuatu |
| | - Special skills: Research skills, policy development skills, planning skills, report writing skills, project management skills, liaison & negotiation skills and computer literate |
| | - Thinking style: This position must be able to analyse and interpret technical reports and must be practical; Communication/Interpersonal skills: Good verbal and written communication skills |
| | - Behavioural Competencies: Good character, hardwork, mature and reliable; Ability to work independently; Language: Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English, or French and Bislama. |
