| | The Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources wishes to recruit experience and qualified persons to fill the following positions through the Corporate Services Unit Project. |

| | Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A qualification preferably at a tertiary level would be preferable; Demonstrated analytically skills |
| | - An understanding of public service procedures would be an advantage; An ability to be able to assess land disputes in an unbiased and independent manner is essential |
| | - Demonstrated experience in working with people and being able to communicate in an engaging manner; Knowledge of land related manners in Vanuatu would be an advantage |
| | - Good organizational, team work and interpersonal skills and be able to review and analyse outcomes; Must have a participatory and consultative approach |
| | - Ability to deliver clear, concise, written briefs and reports; Be able to respond to changing demands; Bislama and English is essential and a knowledge of French would be an advantage. |
