| | - Degree in Journalism, Media Studies or similar; Experience 5-10 years plus (senior position) |
| | - Able to investigate, train and assist young media staff with expertise and knowledge in media development |
| | - Knowledge of Vanuatu’s political, judicial, educational and administrative system essential |
| | - Excellent English written and spoken plus Bislama and/or French (an advantage) |
