| | The Ministry of Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fisheries wishes to recruit externally for its Corporate Services Division an experience and quality person to the position of Finance Manager. |
| | The Corporate Services Unit will provide any person with information package containing details of the above vacancy including duties and responsibilities, reporting arrangements and a job application form (PSC form 3-2). |

| | - Tertiary qualifications in accounting (completed of VIT certificate in financial management or higher); Minimum of 5 years in positions relating to all or some of the duties and responsibilities of this |
| | - Demonstrated capacity to manage finances; Effective supervisory skills |
| | - Demonstrated ability to write letters; Submissions and prepare reports |
| | - Good communication skills and ability to understand legislative requirements and to implement effective processes to conform to those requirements |
| | - English or French and Bislama; Good character. |
